French painter Jacques Majorelle began developing the garden in 1922 and continued shaping it over several decades. Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé purchased the property in 1980 and helped preserve and restore its artistic and botanical character.

This is a garden-only ticket. Admission to the Pierre Bergé Museum of Berber Arts and Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech is not included.
